An engineer and former IT professional, Dainy transitioned from a successful corporate career in 2024 to work with differently-abled children, driven by a deep sense of purpose and compassion. With over seven years of experience in the USA, she has worked across diverse cultural and professional settings. Her exposure to varied communities and her empathetic nature have shaped her commitment to making a meaningful impact. Dainy values collaboration with all stakeholders—including parents, educators, and team members—and is dedicated to fostering environments grounded in trust and high-quality care. She is currently training as a therapist and pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology.
