Veni Praveen is the Founder and Managing Director of Veni’s ABA Care Centre. In addition to her leadership role, she also serves as the Programme Director, where she focuses on developing result-oriented solutions that have the potential to transform the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Professional Experience and Expertise

Veni brings over fourteen years of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), a globally recognized and highly effective approach for supporting children with Autism. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with children on the spectrum, as well as collaborating with their parents, caregivers, learning support assistants, and therapists to implement individualized intervention strategies. Veni’s expertise spans across a variety of areas, including behavior modification, language development, and social skills enhancement. With her deep practical knowledge and academic background, she is able to offer insightful guidance and direction in addressing the unique needs of children with learning difficulties.

International and Multifaceted Experience

• Sports: Veni is a driven sports person, sports coach, and sports team manager. She has represented the UAE National Women’s Cricket Team and has also served as the manager and coach for various cricket teams.
• Entrepreneurship: As an entrepreneur, Veni has owned and managed a restaurant in Dubai, showcasing her skills in the hospitality industry. Sales and Consultancy: Her experience extends to sales consultancy, where she has demonstrated her expertise in client relations and sales strategies.
• Behavioral Therapy: Veni is an experienced registered behavioral therapist for children on the Autism spectrum, with certifications and qualifications that highlight her dedication to this field.
• World Traveler and Motorist: Her international exposure is complemented by her love for travel and motoring.
